Anyone have a recommendation for a Monument Valley tour guide?

Will be traveling through in a week and would like to book a full day tour. There is quite a list of them on the MV website and rather than throw a dart, thought I ask if anyone has recently used one they can recommend. Years ago I used a tour guide on a half-day tour and can't remember his name. Since then, I've always drove the loop by myself.

TIA

Going to MV in early March, planning on driving the loop road? should I look into a guide?

I went for 4 days with Quanah Parker. He is an excellent photographer and guide. Not sure of the company name though.

You need a Navajo guide to get off the loop. Phillips photography was a good guide for me. An overnight camping tour would be the ultimate.

Highly recommend Phillips Photography Tours.
We did the night tour in September of 2019 and it was amazing! Our guide was great!

Monument Valley Tours. Virgil who owns it is a photographer and offers many options for trips and highly recommend Mystery Valley, beautiful area and lots of interesting cultural resources to see there

I was just there last August, stayed at Goulding"s Lodge & campground. Used the Rv park but they also have a lodge. Scheduled an all day tour through them. My guide was a retired Navaho that taught special ed for 30 + years and had been a gudie for 5 years. Extremely knowledgeble. There was supposed to be a couple with us. but thay did not show so I got a private tour. Went off road in areas that you must have a guide to see also included the loop tour. Having the guide was well worth it.

Thank You everyone for your replies. Must be a busy time of year in M.V. We were able to get a room with a view at the Monument Valley Edge Hotel so that was good. We'll be there for two day and was able to get an all day tour booked with Phillips Photo Tours. Talked with Quanah Parker, he wasn't available and Monument Valley Tours weren't either.

Again, thanks for the replies and I'll be posting photos in a couple of weeks!
