Nope. Not remotely. Your employer is free to restrict your speech while of the job (and what you say off-hours can get you fired).
Facebook, Instagram, et al all have restrictions on what you can post. Same here.
But most importantly, how is changing a line of text at the top of the page containing your message (pretty much the only effect of moving your post), affect your right to free speech???

We only have as much freedom as the government lets us have.
Did you know that the ATF can seize your house, car and other property even if they suspect you are a drug dealer? No court, no trial, no nothing.

Bill, you've demonstrated a common misconception. The First Amendment (freedom of speech, press, religion) states, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
Note that Congress shall make no law part. That doesn't apply to private parties. The management of this site can, and does, limit what one can "say" here. They are not Congress.

Chances are great, when a thread is booted to the attic, that enough snark, or sarcasm, or vitriol, or hatred, or bullying, or trolling exists in it to have offended people or the site owner.
Respectful and civil and considerate discourse is unlikely cause to move a thread there.

I have a site that is about RVs. If a topic like this starts I remove it before it gets nasty. If it is not about RVs it is not welcome. This is how I feel about this topic. We do not need our photo friends getting mad at each other.

The “government” isn’t some independent organization that can act on its own accord. The “government” acts on, and in accord with, the laws passed and authority given by the leaders and legislators you elected. So if you don’t like what the “government” is doing take your elected officials to task in their town halls (if they show up). If you feel the “government” is acting outside the law, i.e., illegally, take ‘em to court.
