It’s Free Sunday again. Sorry I’m late getting this started but it will be here when you wake up. We were out tonight which is rare for us, but old neighbors invited a lot of people to join them to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. Just a few more years and we will be their.
Thanks to photogirl For hosting the aperture lesson and challenge. I’ll start by sharing one my son sent us from the outer banks of North Carolina. It’s a beautiful shot from his motel room patio. He was at a meeting all week and drove out there for one night just to see Kitty Hawk and the site of the Wright Brothers exploits.

Great start to this Free Sunday Larry, I love any beach scene!
Santa kindly brought me a new lens for Christmas (Sigma 150-600 Contemporary) for my treks to photograph wildlife. We were able to get a few days away and here are a few of the first images taken with it! It's a heavy bugger!!!

Pg 1 nice snowy shots RR! It's been in the upper 60's here in MD the past few days....rain storm heading in this afternoon........I'll take rain over snow any day!!

Very nice!
I bought a Tamron 150-600 for myself for Christmas, so far I'm really liking this lens. Here's a few from my first outing with it.
On the first one I focused on the center of her forehead to test the auto-focus, seems very good to me.
