On windows 10 on this site. Right click on picture. Select from drop down menu "Search Bing with this picture". Will bring up lots of similar pictures. Can find some things. However, similar is relative. When I did the frog on this issue it brought up a lot of food images.

On my Samsung 9s (Android), the 4th icon from the left (ie, rightmost), is the trash can.
Previously, you said 3rd icon from the left. On mine, that's "Share" (3-node tree). This calls up a list of applications that you can send the picture to. I assume you have some photo analysis app you use.
