Confirmed with B&H, and with Adobe, that code will extend an existing subscription. This is a no brainer if you know you will be continuing with Adobe.

I am hopeful but not entirely optimistic. I am nearing 75 and while everything is working pretty well, statistically the future seems less certain. :-)
