These are not impressive portraits by any mean.
Both images use the same camera settings.
ISO 800, f5.6, 1/100s, 0.00ev, 300mm
Nikon D800e, uniWB
Ambiant light
ACR import, no edit.
As candid captures I do not see the interest nor the value of editing in order remove what could be considered flaws (wrinkles, stray hairs, redness and the like). The colors are accurate.
The differences are in the facial expressions.

I usually do not like open mouthed smile. In this case it worked.
