Meisha is trans and this was her first studio photo shoot. She was pretty shy at first but warmed up as we went along to a fun session. C&C on the photography welcome, but negative opinions about trans girls are not. Thank you.
Very nice! Love the lighting.
Lighting: Two Einsteins set at 1:2; main has 48" octo; fill has 28" octo at 45/45 to model. Gridded strip box hair light on Bee 800 above and aimed slightly behind model. Two Bee 400's with barn doors on seamless backdrop. All lights suspended from Manfrotto Sky-Trak system.
#1 very well done, #3 shoulders are hunched over - needs to extend body more erect.
Good comment, Star. Thanks.
Nicely done. Thanks for sharing them.
Very nice! Two comments--I don't have that many lights in the whole studio (sigh). And for my taste the shoes a wonderful touch but I would have tried to match the hue (not the intensity) closer to the background color--my eye goes right to the shoe and misses the model. (just me!) Thanks for sharing!

Often, for our expectations of when viewing a human body, we refer to our personal "view" experience. And this includes of what one deems the masculine vs feminine range scale. All of us fall all over the scale in all sorts of criteria.
Since photography is a visual medium, I can speak only of my interpretation.
When comparing image #1 and #2, the upper arm speaks of masculine body in the way it presents itself in #1. In #2, it is covered in a way to take away from that effect. (The bulge of the bicep.) As small part as it is, this does go to the overall effect of the image.
There several other issues that I will not go into, because the model has no control over how the body developed. Even plastic surgery has its limit. But photographers can produce images that show the person(!) in that body. Of the three, #2 comes close.

Excellent work, the images give us a sense of Meisha as a person more than a 'just nude' model. You have done a fine image as both portrait and nude.
Thanks for your y'all's compliments and suggestions.
