My wife and I took a beautiful trip to Antarctica nearly one year ago now. It was one of the most incredible trips we have ever taken. We departed from Ushuaia, Argentina for our 14 day trip, and sailed across the terrible Drake Sea twice. We spent eight days sailing on the West side of the Antarctic Peninsula and associated islands.
I plan to make several installment postings of a few of the photos taken on this trip. I have not noticed any Antarctic photos on UHH this past year. So hopefully you will enjoy them. The first eight will follow.
Unfortunately I did not join UHH until after we came back from this trip. I was not a very good photographer a year ago. I have learned an incredible amount of sorely needed knowledge about photography from the old sages on this site. I am definitely a much better photographer today thanks to UHH. Please don't be too critcal of them. They were all taken with a Canon T5i.
Excellent series of photos. I'll never get to Antarctica, but seeing photos and watching documentaries are interesting. I'm glad you enjoyed your trip there. Thanks for sharing. My cousin bought a used Canon T4i. The predecessor to your T5i.
A friend went on a similar cruise several years ago and enjoyed it immensely! I saw many icebergs in the north Atlantic while serving in the Coast Guard, but nothing of the size in your photos. Very good set of photos on your part.
Looks like it was truly amazing!
A very beautiful set and thanks for sharing.

I and my Lady are heading out for our journey to Antarctica next month. Your photos and some others I have seen here in the past help give me ideas on how I want to go about capturing the beauty of the place. Thank you for sharing.
Beautiful series Hereford
Very nice set. THanks for taking us there.

Nice set. More pictures of that Hereford bull please. Will always be my favorite breed.
A great set, Hereford. I'm looking forward to seeing more.
