How do you burn a DVD in a PC Windows 7 that will work in an apple? I shoot from horseback, pictures of guests riding, then sell them the images on a DVD. I have a couple of them that have Apple computers and my DVD won't work in their Apple?

Sutterbug - when you burn the DVD, make sure you choose the "DVD Player" option. Not the "like a USB" option.
I recently shot a dance showcase and burned all of the pictures I sold to parents using the "USB" option.

Every household that used MACs couldn't read them. Once I did them again as "usable in a DVD player", they worked fine.

I believe this works for Windows Vista and 7.

Good luck.

Depending on the age of the MAC's, etc, "might" have to be careful of which DVD's you use, there are 2 types ( +R & -R ) and not all equipment will read both.

There is way, WAY TOO MUCH of this CRAP in the electronics world. It is all based on greed. One would think people intelligent enough to create these electronic marvels would be bright enough to look at the Beta vs. VHS saga for instance. They all try to screw each other up or to keep each other from using "their" products and the poor saps who PAY for their toys suffer. TOOOOO MANY FORMATS....and when you enter the video world....OMG!!!!
Meanwhile the handful of people who have "shared" their technologies have profited mightily from their actions.
Encryption my tired old ass!!!!

Right! Uniformity is the way to go - cheaper and easier for all involved.
