now that's a great idea!!!! I kept looking at that shot (we did about 60) and thinking "something's missing" and you've hit the nail square on the head.

You are very welcome! I have always enjoyed flower foregrounds on portraits, especially if they do not overpower and your location there just looks like it was begging for that effect to enhance and frame a beautiful young lady!! Would love to see your results....

Not sure when I'll be shooting there again but the results I'm getting with the Canon 85mm/f1.8 lens are remarkable...it truly is an extremely good portrait lens.
Will be shooting classic wooden boats tomorrow morning with the Dallas Photography Group...oughta be fun!!

Looks like another proud grandfather here. Pretty girl, hope she continues to take the time to stop and smell the flowers throughout her life. Too many people stop.
