Olympus has focus bracketing built into the cameras. This option allows one to take multiple exposures for focus stacking in post processing software (e.g. Helicon focus). The user must input the total number of exposures and the focus step size ( a number from 1 to 10). The Olympus does not provide guidance on how to select the appropriate settings. The attached document contains the results of my experimentation with the m.Zuiko 60mm lens and PEN F camera. The results may be transferable to the the 30mm macro lens.
Other lenses and and lenses on extension tubes will likely require additional work but the process outlined in the attached document should be satisfactory. The focus step sizes ( in mm) may differ between lenses.
If the desired magnification is > 1:1 a rail should be used instead of focus motor adjustments.
The attached document gives the details for estimating the camera settings when using the 60mm macro lens and the experimental procedure for making these estimates for other lenses.

The Olympus PEN + the 60mm macro seems an amazing combination. When I see an amazing beautiful and sharp macro shot of some bug I wonder 'what camera did that'?, and pretty often it's one of the higher end Olympus cameras. I believe focus bracketing in some of these cameras is also amazingly fast if done w/o a flash.
