Everybody goes up to this bridge to take this picture in Seattle. I haven't done it for about ten years so felt it was time to try it again. The skyline is constantly changing in this city. One shot incorporates the curving bridge rail and the other zooms in more on the freeway (Interstate 5) and the skyline. Which do you prefer, if either. Thanks for taking a look and leaving a comment if you so desire. Any thoughts on how to improve these shots are welcome. Nikon D810 with a Tamron 24x70MM, f/2.8 G2 lens. (PS: If you look close at the first shot you will see one of our many homeless encampments in the lower left corner.)

For me, the bridge is a distraction. #2 is the better. Thanks for posting!

Having lived on the Olympic Peninsula, Sequim, I love both of these photos. They should both be on your wall in my estimation.

Somehow though the homeless tent camp seems to have moved from the lower right to the lower left at least on my screen.

Well done,

Dennis

The bridge railing is distracting in #1, the orange curve in #2 draws us effortlessly to downtown

Pretty cool. I've always wanted to find a good spot to take a photo like this. I see that you used about 6-8 second exposure. I kinda wanted to know this info as well. Thanks.

Both very nice
#1 the bridge leads to nowhere but still good color
#2 less distraction, much more commercial (thatโ€™s good)
Good job๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Interesting comments (I sort of preferred the bridge rail shot so I appreciate knowing many of you find it distracting). Thank you all for your thoughts.
