Just a few shots from yesterday. I had a short walk with my dog and got these captures. The sky was often grey and overcast, so I comped in some backgrounds. If you don't like them, just move to the next image. They were captured at 30 to 40 yards away. It was very difficult to focus on these birds as they were fying directly towards me and they do not have a flat flight pattern. Anyway, hope you all are enjoying the Christmas holiday. Enjoy

I was just reflecting today about the near impossibility of capturing incoming birds.

Very nice! We don't have those around here, looks like it is a bigger bird. Are they bigger than a blue jay or a crow?

Smaller in length than a jay, same weight
