This is a wonderful camera that produces great images. I still use mine at times. Well worth this price.

When looking at older pictures I've taken through the years, this camera's pics really stand out in quality. It was in my earlier learning days and the D50 just seemed to set every right for the situation at hand.

The CCD sensor had a unique image quality compared to the new CMOS sensors. I still use mine when I get in the mood for a little variety. The sensor was tweaked to produce lower noise at higher ISOs. 800 is great and it can be pushed to 1600 with good results. With its in body motor it can use most lenses.

Hi, if this is still available, please PM me. My granddaughter wants to move up from her Point and Shoot to a "real camera" and this would be a great way to do it. She keeps asking me for my D7200 but not quite ready to do that :)
