Lightroom classic

I just up graded to lightroom classic and am having an issue with the crop tool. Everything was working fine and then............ When I click on the crop tool it illuminates but when I try and do the crop nothing happens. Can't drag from the corners or anywhere . Thought I would post on this site rather than call adobe. If anyone has an idea how to fix this I would be appreciated.

I'm not sure, you could try hitting O, it toggles through the different crop overlays.

It's possible that the upgrade is corrupted. Sometimes does happen.

Thanks for the reply. The problem was a change of email address and foul up on my subscription. I contacted adobe and they fixed things.
