Attempting to resolve my image degradation issue.
I like it and it provides key EXIF data not available without effort on this site. Lets see how it goes.

I tried to comment on your excellent image Joe, but 500px wouldn't accept it. I love the composition and the colors. Beautifully done. 👍👍

Well this post has been moved to oblivion so this will not work. Unless this can be resolved I may just avoid UHH. I won't have my images degraded this way.

Not sure what your complaint is?
You can post an image up to 20 megs here (store original), no degradation occurs, to my knowlege. I looked at your (nice) photo on 500px and see no reason it couldn't be displayed on the Hog?
Also, I've read that if the original post in a thread contains links, the thread will be moved to the links section. Not sure why this is done, but shouldn't be much of an issue once you know about it.

Glad it worked for you the second time. Could have just been a glitch in the software/internet, or perhaps you just didn't click the right buttons at the right times.
There seems to be an issue if the first post in a thread has links. Perhaps the Hogg strips the photo before it moves the post to the links section? Solution would be don't post links when you open a new subject. You can post them with abandon in subsequent messages, that I know.
Seems to be one of those automatic things that cause more problems than it solves, but then I don't know exactly what problem[s] trying to be solved?
