Taken at a recent photographers Christmas social shoot, this was Sami’s first ever shot at modelling. The shoot was quite amazing, around seventy five photogs and twentyfive models, including steampunks, Peaky Blinders, 1940’s, burlesque, fire eating, Judge Dredd, military - the choice seemed endless and kept everyone shooting all day. Critique welcome and appreciated.

It’s a Victorian pumping station Tony, very photogenic place. Thanks for commenting.

Very nice!!! Love all the leading lines and angles. The circle really brings it all together. Congrats getting the business end of that weapon/tool inside the circle.

Compelling work, Dave! The brightly lit subject and foreground, with rich colors, stand out beautifully against the softer background. The model's expression leaves no doubt that she will pulverize anyone who crosses her

I’ve found previously that this particular area of the venue takes a bit of saturation well Linda, and the models overalls were likewise, so that’s the way it went. Sami does look a bit tough here but in reality was a sweetly. Just a bit nervous as it was her first time in front of all those lenses. The nice thing about the shoot was the model to tog ratio, which meant there were never too many trying to vie for each models attention. Thanks for you comments, they are appreciated.

An outstanding day indeed Jim - and dirt cheap as it was a Christmas treat run for everyone that used the group over the year. They even threw in a free lunch. I’ll be posting a few more to show the variety on offer. Thanks for commenting.
