Inspector General investigators are only capable of interviewing individuals in the Department of Justice. They cannot access information from other federal government agencies or compel anyone outside of DOJ to be interviewed. Further, the Inspector General can only recommend prosecution for those found to have engaged in illegal wrongdoing.
Durham has the ability to prosecute. His office is capable of issuing subpoenas outside of the Department of Justice, to individuals throughout the federal government, overseas or where ever they may be.

He is among those members of the population that suffer from a lack of formal education. Members include some of those that comment here. I will not name those individuals as they already know who they are and so does everyone who reads their posts.

There is a great deal of resentment festering within the Trump supporters. This resentment is a key factor in Trump's win in 2016.

These supporters have been marginalized by society for their antiquated beliefs and prejudices by the new generations of Americans.

Many of these younger folks consisder their stereotypical r****t or bigoted grandparents that support Trump as dinosaurs. Oh, they love them but, they dismiss their old-fashioned ways.

The supporters are left with their anger and no desire to change their ways.

The very things that Trump supporters were raised to believe are under attack by those with a non-skewed and fact-based education. Trump uses this and mocks and defames those institutions and individuals that the older, under-educated dislike and distrust. He nurtures their latent r****m and gives them hope that somehow he can turn things back to a time more familiar and less challenging than today's America.

So don't make fun of the Trump supporters. They will not change. They will not gain new knowledge. They will sit and fester. Then they will die. My personal hope is that reconcile with the inevitable progress that is occurring all around them.
