It seems that the water runner is very popular. I find it difficult to obtain shots of divers taking off because it they are usually traveling away from the photographer and don't present as good of a profile. This one was a nice exception to the rule. Thank you all for the comments.

Those are some great images of the ducks in flight. I was there too! The salmon massed in the river by the hatchery are awesome, and the little goldeneyes zipping around are gorgeous.
