How to reconcile Sunny 16 rule with reciprocal rule for shutter speed for long lens?

I in fact was one of the very first to correctly answer the OP question at the beginning of the topic. You for some reason want to make a personal attack out of it. Why not further explain why you disagree with what I said instead of throwing an insult?

The OP's understanding of the sunny 16 rule was they had to use a shutter speed of 1/ISO. The OP's understanding of the focal length rule was to use 1/focal length. The OP wanted to know how to reconcile the seemingly discordant rules. It was explained to him or her that they could both follow both by using an exposure with the same EV but the shutter speed of 1/focal length.
