Maybe it is my sense of fair play; but, I have always found disdain for photographers who take images of people that shows anything that amounts to a disfigurement. The viewer's eye goes right to this nice lady's neck/throat area. . .not nice. I am sure she would not be pleased whatsoever. For this reason, I absolutely hate this image! That is my comment, now for my suggestions.

Crop out her throat area by cropping the bottom of this image up just into her chin. Still leaves a pleasing image of a nice lady. Also, her white cap, etc. has a cyan/blue cast that needs to be corrected.

As posted, this is an awful image.

 Totally disagree. That is not a disfigurement but a natural appearance for many people.

It's an engaging photo; perhaps a little fill light in Photoshop would make it even better?

I guess what they say is right, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I didn't even notice her throat until you pointed it out.

I really like the candidness of it, along with the composition.
Good job!
