Love everything about it, even though it does look as if she may be dead vs dreaming. Would like to see one with her eyes open, looking down, but this one is "haunting" for the reason mentioned, thus making it unique.

My observation is people sleep with their eyes closed but in reality, many die with their eyes open. Was the intention to portray reality or make-believe?

Lovely composition and model. The colors are beautiful.
If it was cropped at the lower edge I would prefer a tad more areola or just remove the nipple altogether. The image would be just as lovely without it.

I agree with Infinite (welcome back, btw). The "portrait" aspect of this image is so arresting that including her nipple seems a bit gratuitous. I'd crop above.
