So all this stuff before brings me to 2007 and guess what....Sony bought Konika-Minolta and introduce their first DSLR Alpha 100 a little over 10 megapixels which all my optics would mount on. No brainer for me, bought it! Also updated the point and shoot for Dee to an 8 MP Cyber Shot.

Spent some time on Lake Powell in 2008 on a house boat with the the sony equipment.
