Some of what nature gives us as beauty exists for me in this shot of yellow work lights.

I would have cropped it differently or shot from another angle but the shapes colors and lines do make an interesting composition even if more than a bit "busy". The kind of thing to just stare at while the mind drifts through thoughts. This kind of image often appears as wall decoration in waiting rooms etc. when they want something beside landscapes, nature and classic still life images.

I do on rare occasions do things like this - mostly on a macro level but in general I am into birds, insects, flowers, some interesting architecture shots often involving reflections and macros of tiny details in nature or some man made object. I also like to do series that make up a "photo essay". This one could be part of series on a work site and the tools/equipment used to create something like a building, ship etc.

Thanks. You missed the deeper intent, but you got something out of it at least. Lot's of "I" in your comment that do not shed light. Why, e.g. would you have "cropped it differently or shot from another angle"? In a good critique it is most helpful to show you understand the intent of the creator and make suggestions based on that, not your personal preferences.
