I was off work yesterday so I let my kids play hooky and we went to a local park and did a photo shoot. They were great models and assistants. I thought I would share a few of the shots we got. Thanks for looking. I hope you like. Comments welcome.

Are they twins? They are all very good but, for me, that second one is best.

Lol no they are not twins. I get asked that all the time though. Ever since they were little. They are 22 months apart. But have always had a very strong resemblance to each other. The older one is almost a head taller than the younger but it is hard to see that unless they are standing side by side. Thank you for commenting. :)

Very Nice Portrait Photography, ๐Ÿ‘ like the "Bokeh" in a few of your shots, helps to highlight your Subject and suppress the distracting background, which is a plus in Portrait Photography. If you desire, read up on "Bokeh", a great Portrait addition.

Thank you for commenting. I have a few other's I took where there was more Bokeh. I was strictly using my 35mm 1.8 lens set to f.2.8 for a shallower depth of field. A 50mm 1.8 is on my wish list. Maybe I can talk my hubby into it for Christmas. I wasn't sure why some of the photos had the background in so much focus. My only guess is the distance I was from my subject due to the wide angle lens. I was using single point focus on the eye. I use back button focus (new to me but I absolutely love it).

Thanks! But donโ€™t they look like! Of course, not helped by them wearing similar clothing. Great photos!

Yeah, I dressed them the same because before we went to the park I took them to a studio to have a portrait made of them together for Christmas.

Your boys will (or already are) going to be devastating to the female population.
