Other than the obvious flaws I listed, what do you think?
Took through a glass wall, I need advice to make it look like it was natural.
Every time I try to get rid of the bars it just makes it look worse is there any way to fix that?
very bright and unstraight. How do I fix this?
Bars and fences - get as close as you can and focus will take out the fence/bar in most cases.

I agree with the previous posts. You can also combine the use of the longest focal length lens with the open aperature and the fence as close to the lens as possible. Here is a quick fix.
It is better if you take several shots of the same subject so you can pull information from the other images. This makes it better so that the cloned areas aren't as obvious. This is about 10 minutes of work. The other thing to watch for are defects in the subject. The beak on this bird was badly damaged, so I took the liberty of repairing it a bit. One more thing that is important, when you try to fix images, be very familiar as to what the subject actually looks like. For example, people who work on auto body repair, really need to know what the car looked like to begin with, otherwise colors don't match, curvature doesn't quite align, etc. Applies to wildlife as well. Anyway, hope this helps.

PS The shots are nice images. The peacock is an example of a bird that looks really beautiful, but in fact this particular bird has a great many feathers missing.
Keep shooting. The images look good.
