I was loosing hope till I saw your evening shots. I was not loosing hope because your daytime images were not good, on the contrary they are all excellent but I know the area and I know how beautiful South Beach is at nighttime.
This section of Miami Beach I am sure you know by now has a reach history from the past, I would say around the 40's. I have always found the art deco architecture fascinating and the local authorities have made sure any reconstruction of buildings follow the old style to keep those building as they were when built.
