There was nothing but clouds tonight so I opted for some different views. Elberta and Frankfort, Michigan - glowing and reflecting in the night. While I had to walk through snow to take the photos, it was really nice evening and these shots were fun to take.

I like the last one best. It would make a really nice Christmas card, too. The bare bush on the left is a little distracting but I think if you crop it out you will lose the balance. A little cloning to remove some would help. I do think it's a really nice photo!!

All are great photos. I like the last two, but that last one, WOW. THAT ONE IS FANTASTIC. Thanks for showing them to us.

Cold and not at all inviting for this desert boy. Regardless, a really great set that you can be proud of.

I lost light fast, it was the first one that reflects what drew me to take the photos. :)

Thanks Dodie. I don't like the bush there either, but I didn't want to cut off the building nor did I want to attempt to get rid of it by editing, so I left it.

It was pleasant weather actually, when I took it. No wind to speak of, temps in the low 30s, so I found it inviting. :) Thank you, John.

Thank you Ray. I really wasn't sure what I was getting in that one as it was so dark, so what was not lit, was hard to see. I also had to back down in post the light on the steeple, in fact, I think I had some white out in it. I think if I shoot it again, I will do some HDR so I maintain those highlights better.
