Thanks, Photogirl...your encouragement made me do it. :) I learned stuff, and I like when that happens. At this point, I just hope I don't forget more than I learned...
I don't think you will forget anything you learned..Just keep at it!

I've always admired and have been grateful for all the beauty
that surrounds us and that has been provided by God for our
enjoyment, but as I get older, even though I don't know many
of their names (and probably wouldn't remember them anyway),
I am so grateful for the large variety of flowers and fauna I see
all around me, that had gone mostly unnoticed before...

Thank you for you comments. We were not able to see the play. The play started the following weekend. We did see the set though. We were able to tour the Holy Land, which was very moving.
That's a plus then, I've seen the production twice There and Toured the Holy Lands once..It was inspiring to say the least..

For us it falls under the category of enjoyable work, especially on a cold, sunny day like yesterday - we put in two hours of cutting up and splitting (with a log splitter) some oak logs that had been down for several years and then stacking them in the wood shed. We're both on the sore side right now but will get back at it on Monday. BTW - Chuck built the shed about five years ago after many seasons of having to dig down under snow covered wood to find dry pieces - that little structure is a real blessing!!

Any one of these posts could be mine also. Much to be thankful for and the reminders have been timely. Here just a few more. Then leaving soon to celebrate our son's 47th birthday. We are thankful he has a place to live, staff to care for and care about him, and a job with a job coach to help him grow and succeed. Quite a few here, but making up for days when I didn't post.
Beautiful set Pat, Hope your Son has a great Birthday..

That is such a beautiful area! We stayed at the Crescent Hotel and could see Christ of the Ozarks from the balcony. I did not get many pictures on that trip because I was still recovering from rotator cuff repair.
