Try Los Angeles.
It hasn't rained in months The roads and highways are covered in grease, oil, dust and small trash.
As soon as it starts raining this all develops into layers of sludgy slickness.
And everyone on their phones hit the gas pedal, to get home quickly before the carnage starts.
