There was a flock of many thousands of birds that were hanging around our property, I had never seen that many birds at one time so I grabbed my camera to capture the mass amount of birds. I took a few pictures then noticed a white winged bird and quickly took that picture. Lucky for me it landed on a branch and was able to get a better picture. What is it or is it just an albino of the same birds in the big flock.

I believe you have Common Grackles there. As for the bird with the white feathers, that could be the condition called "leucism" which causes some or all of the feathers on a bird to be white.
