Observation from a 5 year old, "Those are really old, they must be from the 1970s"
gotta love the perspective of a child. Nice shots
LOL at least that old. Nice shots especially the first one.
Thank you, I also love how none of them question Mom hooking a u-turn to go back and get a picture from the side of the road!
Great abandoned buildings. Was it safe to get some shots of the inside?
Since they were both on private property, I didn't get very close. I would think the second one may be ok but not the first.
I like the black and white effect, rachcobb. Interesting shots.
I like them, they tell a story.
That is cute. Reminds me of this weekend when my 7 yr. old granddaughter, who is having a hard time "liking" school, said to me, "Grandmas don't have to go to school or work." I said, "Yes, but I went to school and worked for 30 years before you were born. You just wasn't here to see it..." Beautiful pictures. I love old house and barn pictures. Thanks for sharing those.

Sounds like that same 5 year old I mentioned, she's ready to quit school already and we've only been at it 2 weeks!
Yes, those kids must be related.... When my daughter was in first grade she argued every morning before going to school. I told her, you have to go to school so you can learn to make a living. She said, I already know how to make a living. I said, No you don't. She said, yes I do, you make a 1 and another 1 after it. I said No that is eleven, not a living..... Now her daughter, my granddaughter has continued the saga. Sorry, this is off the picture subject, but just wanted to share the story.
