What about the last president that actually did sexually assault and rape women, paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to get out of it, lied about it under oath, lost his license to practice law and was impeached over it?

In fact, per article II the President is the constitutional author of foreign policy, so the idea he is “subverting” it is illogical.
