One A Day, Day 105.

Timmers Loc: San Antonio Texas.

I was assisted by my good friend Nigel for this set. I'm never quite certain what will come of things with Nigel's foot in things. He is vary droll you know. Any way, ol' Nigel arrived bearing gifts, some how he had managed to secure an antique poodle collar and insisted that I would be the perfect accessory for the shoot. Not to be out done I presented the perfect lead in the form of a snake stile Leica camera strap from the same era. This brought out a delightful smile followed by the typical Englishman's understatement, "A fine edition to the naughty foundation, well done my boy! Now where is a delightful little trollop Ms. Lalinn!"

In strolled Starena, "Did you just call me a trollop, you naughty man, Uncle Nigel!"

With a broad smile, "Merely a figure of speech my beauty! Some gifts for you to help show off your raging fine looks!" As Nigel presented Serena with the fine objects.

Before long we were busily working through the scenario of the session.

Nigel lite up with a broad smile, "Wait, change of plan" he cried, "Keep the first images and I have an even better idea!"

What ever was he taking about I wondered.

Better lighting and a bit more attention to keep loose hairs off of her face would make these much better.

But if I iron the fabric it would look too girly! LOL!!!

Thanks for understanding the lighting. The images are also more 'dense' than is the norm, that was by design as you understand. It is wonderful that you have taken the time to see that the lighting and the density was made to convey the sense of moody foreboding. Often the idea of light to be a key element to represent the sense of the feeling that the images need to convey these ideas. These images have a thickness like blood that is too dense to pass easily through the veins. Thanks for getting the idea that lighting may contrive the sense of a feeling.

Also, your avatar carries the idea of your name, well though out and constructed for an idea.

I'm sure she's lovely, but it's way too dark. Black out in a coal mine??

Im fairly certain this is a beautiful talented model, but we can't tell, seems too dark and off focus,, is there some kind of veil on her face?

no conveyance of 'moody foreboding' that I can tell ,, please try again with this model perhaps without " 'ol Nigels" assistance.

Moody? yes. On my monitor the light looks right for "moody. If I post I always brighten just before posts as most say mine are too dark. Monitor differences? I'm sure you have them so I would have dug out an old trunk instead of the black box--IMHO (and because I have 8 old trunks taking up space)
