These ten photo-scenic historical barns were shot in one day, Oct. 26, 2019 in Washtenaw county, Michigan. That was the only day in a two week period that we had full sun during the peak fall color season here. I scrambled like crazy to get these shots in. I was lucky. We didn't have another nice day like that before color season ended. An old photographer once told me bad Michigan weather is what makes good Michigan photos valuable.
Nice finds! I was heading east on I78 at Bethlehem, PA last Tuesday and the hills to the south of the interstate were fantastic. Numerous shades of yellow and just peak. Tuesday night we had severe storms in the area including a tornado a little south in the Philly area. It rained tremendously hard that night and all day Wednesday. Thursday when driving the same route (just 48 hours later), 80% of the color had been knocked down. You have to take advantage of those rare times when all elements come together. Your barn and fall color shots are well presented here.
