Did you know that they are extremely harmless? To kill a tarantula you need only flip them a foot in the air and let them land on a hard surface, they will shatter internally and die. But, don't go out to Big Bend National Park at near sun set, they come out by the thousands and crawl onto the warm asphalt roads warming themselves. And don't let te rangers catch you running over them, big fine/possible incarceration.
