An early Halloween Wish

Hi everyone, I am terrible lately about stopping in here, but life just seems to be keeping me busy. I work a full time job, but during my free time, I spend a lot of my time at the canine obedience school where I take my little rescue mix Penny to classes (my other two dogs are older, but I do take them to classes as well periodically) I love classes and working with Penny, but one of my great joys is getting to practice my photography at the canine school. I take photos of the students as they work with their puppies/dogs and then post them to the schools website. At the end of the 8 week class, the students are given one photo of them working with their dog and then one "portrait" photo of their dog. I've been given my own little area (a larger storage room) to do their portraits in, which also gives me time to work on figuring out my strobe lights (which I still have issues with 
) I thoroughly enjoy my time doing this and love seeing the students faces when they see their pets photos. That's a bit about my photography and what a truly wonderful hobby photography is for me.

What absolutely beautiful portraits of both your sweet Penny and your happy student pooch, Debbie! You certainly know how to bring out the personality of your models, which I think is a necessity for great pet photography.

Thank you Donna, your kind words mean a lot to me. Penny is never a very happy model, but she puts up with it
