I got the idea from a YouTube video. Budget 1 light setup. Under $250.
*Most other tutorials start by dragging out a $300+ speedlight and then more gear.
I have a passing interest in studio because of the harsh climate up here and it's something else to learn.
So, thoughts? Ideas? General critique?
**No picking on my model, he's the only family member I could get to sit still for 10min to experiment on.
D5500, Tamron 24-70mm 2.8, Shutter 160, ISO 100
Stuck to the budget, Altura speedlight with remote, 2 Amazon basics stands, S mount for flash, Umbrella diffuser, multi-surface reflector

Nice shots! I can't offer any ideas to improve them. Budget setups are great and so is your model for hanging in there for you!
