VTMatwood Loc: Displaced Vermonta in Central New Hampsha

Am using the Tamron / Nikon combination in the title and it will not autofocus with this lens. The camera autofocuses fine with my Nikon lenses. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

F4 or D4?
The F4 is a film camera from 1988, will not AF the Tamron, its just too old. The F5, F100, and N90s film cameras will AF the Tamron though.

VTMatwood Loc: Displaced Vermonta in Central New Hampsha

It is an F4... I wish I had a D4 lol. Seems to AF fine with my Nikon AF-S 70-300.

I have not yet tried my F5... I’ll do that when I get home Sunday.
