All Salmon fish shown here, are plated with different veggie's. Photo one shows Salmon with mashed potatoes, Okra, & cherry tomatoes cooked in seasoned chicken stock.
Second photo shows herbed Salmon with Italian season topped with sautéed red peppers.
In photo three, Salmon with herbed red potatoes, Oregano, black-pepper, and Rosemary. One med red potatoes cut in evan pieces and placed in plastic container then sprinkled with herbs & olive-oil covered and
shaken vigorously, placed in pan with chicken stock covered about 15 minutes . . . Med high heat!
Three Salmon dinners are shown and very attractive. Cook fish springy. Taste very good too! CIAO, AP
