This was one of my better food assignments. From the Boston American Sunday Suplapment - THE MAGAZINE! Readers would write in to the News Paper with their favorit food recipes, and the editorial dept. would choose their favorite for publication.
All photo's made with Hasselblad 500c and 80mm f2.8 and 150mm f4 CARL ZEISS Lenses, May 14, 1978.
After the dinner was made and cooked, we all ate that delicious dinner that originated in Italy, and Loved it!

You should be proud. It is a very good shot properly laid out. It look delicious. Isn't it a rule on UHHs that people that display food pictures have to send to all members to taste the food to see if it is as good as it looks?

The Record and American. I remember them well.
Nice shot, from the days before "food stylists" covered the subjects with inedible substances in the cause of durability under hot lights.
