Thanks RM! I find that the best way to deal with snarkiness is either to ignore it or respond with humor otherwise it could ruin an otherwise lovely day.

He's an indoor/outdoor cat. We live in the woods and there's not chance of him getting hit by a car. Also, he "lived rough" for several years before coming to us so he would not appreciate being kept inside.
