How To Suet Feeder

About 18" of a heavy tree branch, (2) 1/2" x 1-1/2" holes filled with peanut suet. Only use non-greasy suet. Local woodpeckers can't resist it.

Squirrels love it too. Put a squirrel baffle below it and place it where they can't jump on it.

If you want the feeder to last use hard wood...woodpeckers will destroy soft wood in no time.

Joe, great photo. I have the wood (Oak) but just have not been able to finish it.
