A winged Skeksis in creepy spirit form would be the perfect representation of what I saw in this cloud. (There is a fragment of a sci-fi freak in my psyche somewhere.) The eye was a feeble afterthought. I should take more time with it.

Oh, the eye works nicely, I just would have made the "non-eye"part transparent.
