Very nice, sharply focused picture. You are correct-they move so fast and unpredictably that I find it difficult to get sharp shots of them.

Joe, I agree with you 100%. Both the White-Breasted and Brown head are not the easiest captures.

Nice capture. They hardly ever remain still long enough for a good shot.
Very nice shot. I love these little upside down birds. Does nobody have any photos of the orange breasted nuthatch. We had both when we lived in Maine. I have yet to see an orange breasted post on UHH.
