This is a Scarecrow Nutcracker I made with a pumpkin head, The head is painted but the body legs and shoes are the natural color of the wood, I make Nutcrackers as a hobby, this guy stands about 17 inches tall and does crack nuts

The pumpkin patch is a favorite place around here for children's portraits...........here are a few examples. The first two are my Granddaughter, the drawing is one she made me last year, and the last two are a friend's Grandson.
