I noticed that Amazon sells some Sony bundles which are sold and shipped through 3rd parties such as Beach and Cardinal. I am not familiar with these companies. The items included in the bundle seem to very good. Do these companies sell grey market?
If it is the same company Cardinal Cameras has stores in Pennsylvania. Suggest that you contact one of the stores and ask them if they and the Amazon Cardinal are one and the same. You can move forward depending upon what reply you get.
Bought a book through Amazon from a third party seller. It's condition was indicated as good. It was underlined throughout.
Beach camera is know for baiting and switching to grey market items once the buyer has ordered. Stick with your more common known such as Adorama
I have had good success with Beach. I verified the lens was US before my purchase and they shipped quickly. When in doubt, check each time before buying.

Was it a grey market book or available for a full warranty from the publisher?
My comfort level is when the item indicates that it is serviced by Amazon....not the initial seller.

If a camera or lens is sold by an authorized dealer with a US warranty it will be sold at the same price as everyone else. Dealers offer competition by bundling the camera with other stuff - memory cards, cheap tripods, etc.
The key is whether the item is "fulfilled by Amazon". If not, you are dealing with the third party seller. If it is, then Amazon is the agent, so to speak and it acting as the seller. If you have any issues and want to return it it is handled immediately and without question by Amazon, not necessarily true if you are dealing with the third party.
As a seller of several items on Amazon it is absolutely worth it to me to have everything fulfilled by Amazon for everyone concerned. If I were buying it is the only way I have or would proceed.

If you don’t know or trust a 3rd party seller only buy when “Fulfilled by Amazon”. Amazon always makes good. That said I have purchased from Beach, and a close friend buys from one of their stores over the years and we had no issues.
I have found that Amazon ads will list the camera as "International Version" when it is Grey Market. And I have found that Amazon will require their 30 day return be included.

I've found this to be true not only for direct sales by Amazon, but also for sales by third parties conducted on the Amazon platform.

OH man, this one took me 2 seconds on google. You can do the other one your self by googling Cardinal Camera. You will find a phone number on each site, then you can call them and ask them yourself. By the way, do you make your own breakfast or does someone ALWAYS do that for you to.
