From what I’ve read and heard Rudy delivered one way tickets to them and they were arrested fleeing the country. Rudy can be arrested for abetting and conspiracy but, they’re waiting to secure more evidence of the criminal conspiracy to channel FOREIGN funds into the Trump campaign.
