Face to Face on the Wild Side

Walking down a dirt path at a regional park yesterday morning, I came face to face with a fiercely beautiful creature. While I knew they reside in our area, I had never seen one in the wild here in SoCal. Here's what I saw...this was the highlight of MY day.

Nice shots. What a great encounter. I saw my first one, in the wild, a couple months ago. I was driving. Stopped the truck, pulled out the camera and it was gone. Gary
