Barny Frank was the driving force that pushed the banks to give housing loans to people who could not under regular requirements qualify for a loan. BUDGET, the congress hasn't passes a budget in how many years. Can get nowhere without a plan or road map. Who needs a stinking budget? The American people do!

The next President needs to call Congress in, and not let them out untill they pass a budget. Hold their paycheck ransom if need be. An extremely important document for today and tomorrow, a budget!

While you are looking for names to pin some of the blame on do not overlook the name Phil Graham, Paul Ryan, Eric Cantor and Jim Boehner as well.
